These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bwt365 ("bwt365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bwt365 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at https://bwt365.org (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bwt365 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the bwt365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations governing the minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful at the time of each session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bwt365 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the bwt365 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

bwt365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bwt365 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money games and services on bwt365, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) bwt365 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bwt365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify bwt365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our support team via live chat on the Platform.
• Account Verification (KYC): bwt365 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

bwt365 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the bwt365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• bwt365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
• bwt365 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
• Deposits are credited to your bwt365 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. bwt365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your bwt365 account. bwt365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. bwt365 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory identity verification has been completed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• bwt365 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. Players will be notified of any such delays.
• In cases where bwt365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, bwt365 may suspend withdrawal processing and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

bwt365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bwt365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or any other method deemed abusive by bwt365 will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Modification and Withdrawal: bwt365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have opted in.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings is capped as specified in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on the bwt365 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all bwt365 games:

• All game outcomes on bwt365 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. bwt365 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of each game before placing wagers. bwt365 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance. bwt365's decision in such matters is final.
• bwt365 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or where the integrity of the game has been compromised.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any bwt365 game is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bwt365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the bwt365 Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or card games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to bwt365 support immediately. Exploitation of known or discovered bugs is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bwt365 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the bwt365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of bwt365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without the prior written consent of bwt365.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.

Any unauthorized use of bwt365's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which bwt365 reserves all rights and remedies.

bwt365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bwt365 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bwt365 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing financial transactions and complying with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Providing customer support and responding to player inquiries.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting to PAGCOR and the AMLC where required.
• Improving the Platform and personalizing your gaming experience.

bwt365 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operations (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) and with regulatory authorities as required by law. bwt365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bwt365 account at any time via the account settings. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. bwt365 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bwt365 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bwt365 Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, bwt365 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bwt365's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in game information, odds, or results caused by a technical malfunction, provided that bwt365 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors upon discovery.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bwt365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, bwt365's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

bwt365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud or breach of Terms is under investigation.

You may close your bwt365 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bwt365 Platform shall first be submitted to bwt365's customer support team for resolution. bwt365 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR or such other competent regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over the matter.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

bwt365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bwt365 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the bwt365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
